Being a boring old fashioned fart, I would rather that sort of stuff be kept on the Xbox or Wii !!!

I'd say 90% of guitar players are purists and want things to stay exactly as they are. I know a few acoustic players that think electric guitars are work of the devil. They would have difficulty breathing if they had wind of this !!

I'm of the same school of thought but I do like reading about these things. Some stuff catches on, while others just fade off never to be seen again. It's interesting to see how the guitar playing community takes to things.

It's kinda-sorta interesting, but a piece of techie writing that is low on guitar knowledge, it seems. The technology sounds interesting as a potential alternative to/replacement for midi pickups as part of a guitar/computer interface but doesn't seem to have any real relevance to standard electric set-ups at all.
